< Salute, pilots from Wing X, Wing Commander Angel, Commodore Darklord and last but not least Flight Officer Daniel Bonini >

Welcome to this, my eleventh Weekly Report for my beloved Squadron, the mighty Cyclone, "The Demolition Crew". Yet another calm week with pretty standard means of activity. Yeah, I know that lunatic of Lieutenant Vertigo flew up to 100 missions but that's standard for him so... The good old Colonel is also flying his arse off. Excellent work! Oh, and I flew a little too... ;-)

But what we have here is a VERY IMPORTANT inter-Squadron competition from the Flight Office in days ahead and I'll have you all participating there or else! >:-D Read below... And check also my upcoming LoA announcement; I'll be out of reach for some days and Colonel Maverick will be in direct command again. Please don't kill him too fast. Oh, I almost forgot it! I've recently changed my TC e-mail address; check below too in order to appreciate such a brilliant glimpse of imagination powah when choosing my new GMail one. ^_^

I.) But I thought I'd find some Kansas flying farm here!! (aka. Squadron News)

V ALARM!! ALARM!! Release the TIEs! Seal your pilot helmets! Secure your duty belts against rabid racoons! I want all you at the Cyclone Ready Room (yeah, same Wing Cantina same table, as usual) within the hour! Admiral Daniel Bonini, Flight Officer and TIE Corps Commander, has just returned from his LoA with cruel means of activity and a significant desire to see us all killing ourselves for the sake of the glory and the shinies. The prestigious "TCCOM's Own" title, maybe the highest title a worthy Squadron proud of its name should look for, is again up for grabs. And this is a title WE WANT, DO YA HEAR ME?!! And how could we get what we definitely deserve? Pretty easy: "TIE Corps Squadron Championship - September/07" Find the details HERE.

So that's it: fly all those FREE missions looking for highscores NOW, like in our own Squadron competition, and send me your pilot files. As you can see there're plenty of shinies for you to get if you do it well. Give it maximum priority above everything else! Yes, it's also above that assignment I gave you to steal Colonel Master's wallet. True story. Leave his pockets alone and start flying right now. Fly! FLY MY MINIONS!!!

*CPT Zósite, the Wicked CMDR of Cyclone, cackles evilly after climbing to one of the ship's upper viewports*

And here you are the links to the missions just in case:

     WEEK I (this one starting today): TIE-FREE 259, XvT-FREE 208, BoP-FREE 34, XWA-FREE 110
     WEEK II: TIE-FREE 257, XvT-FREE 205, BoP-FREE 30, XWA-FREE 134

V This crazy dude you call your CMDR will depart to Switzerland, Earth - Solar System III, Milky Way, far from all you damnit, on next Friday 21st and will be on LoA until Tuesday, October 2nd. Sorry but this little piece of hellish work is mandatory for my RL PhD so I can't do anything but swearing out loud, keep whining 24/7 and kill some crying innocent girls while I'm at it. You can be sure I'll sort out everything as soon as I return but during my absence you'll have Colonel Maverick, Flight III Leader, as your acting-CMDR. Feel free to ask him whatever you want, even free booze if you catch him on one of his "covert" night-cycle missions to my "Secret Destillery" (yes, I *KNOW* it, Colonel; I knew it all the time, what were you thinking? ~>:-k). All pilot files directly sent to Colonel Angel though unless you want to wait for me to return.

But don't panic, the September MSE will be done in time I tell you and maybe I will be also able to punish you with one last WSR from September full with stuff from 2 weeks, but that's not sure. If I find myself unable to do a good report according to my standards given my time constraints I'll delay it until Sunday 7th. But I want all of you active and performing all the time, don't forget; if you obligue me to fill such a delayed report with nothing my next LoA will be to your dining room I tell you! And I tend to use rabid ewoks and racoons with sealth devices surgically implanted as personnal escorts so you know what you'll have upon you. ^_^

V Captain NUTS (call him "Commander" or "Sir" unless you've already accomplished with the "bribes / booze-providing" section of your daily duties) has recently changed his TC e-mail address from ZositeKS@hotmail.com to ZositeKS@gmail.com. All this due to some stupid Hotmail issues losing my BSF stuff. Isn't it wonderful? Now I have to deal not only with my serial-killer Wing Commander, a pissed-off Commodore still trying to manage himself the Chal's turbolaser turrets in order to delete my "flying office" from the map and a Flight Officer ready to kick me not to the M/FRG Phoenix but to some nearby black hole next time I ask him to forward me another BSF approval; now I have also mail-providers idiocy upon me! ~>:-F

V And to be honest there's nothing else to fill some news entry for the Squadron as a whole and given my recent time constraints I'll delay my "Spoilers" yet another week. :-P Any complaints sent directly to the XO, Sector Admiral Cyric, with the subject "Oh, Mighty Phantom of the Imperial Opera, I summon you!!".

( "Spoilers"... if you couldn't read what it's written above before arriving here who tells me you'll be able to do so with this very line? :-L )

II.) As if we haven't enough already with all the TC database stuff!! (aka. Squadron Status and On-going Competitions)

R Ok, now I have good activity (at least at communications level) from all of you except from Lieutenant Oxxysk. What's up there, Lieutenant? I'll send you yet another "WTF?!" e-mail this week and I suggest you to answer it or you'll find yourself drinking with the ancient Admiralty more soon than expected. Sorry but it's my duty to have all you at hand, and to be honest I find odd this lack of communications from you after you told me you were going to stop by #wing_x often. :-P

Q Still trying to hire a new Flight Leader for "The Wind of Change" I am. But it seems the success keeps evading me. The bribes didn't work... the blackmailing didn't work... that ominous menace I forwarded to the Flight Officer about me applying to be Battlegroup Commander unless he tosses here some candidates didn't work... I'll keep doing whatever I can, but remember that also YOU, my fellow Cyclonites, are free to apply if you want. Please let me know if any of you is interested on the job; I still have advanced concussion m... errr... words of gratitude for any of you applying to get the spot. ):-J

Q Yet another weekly Cyclone website update, as usual. And isdchallenge.net works for me right now (it seems somebody actually put those english dudes to drink Thames' water after all! xD). We'll see what happens when I try to upload this report in a couple of hours... start praying... Oh! And put some more english dudes to drink from their beloved river just for the sake of it; we still remember here their pwnage of our "Invincible Army" """some""" years ago. ;-P

Q And here you are the current status of our Squadron-level competitions for September!!! I *really* appreciate your efforts here, gentlemen. Keep it on and go mad against your Squadron comrades!! xD

Cyclone Pilot of September '07 - October '07

LT Vertigo - 149 missions
COL Maverick - 105 missions
CPT Bodo Dent - 2 missions

Cyclone Student of September '07 - October '07

LT Vertigo - 2 IWATS Courses
COL Maverick - 1 IWATS Course
CPT Bodo Dent - 1 IWATS Course

A little HS for a Cyclonite, a major hit against the NR punks!

First of all here you are MY scores for the missions. Beat these and you'll be awarded an additional Bronze shiny:

TIE-FREE 27: 109,194
XvT-FREE 76: 61,360
BoP-FREE 27: 78,900
XWA-FREE 117: 13,758

And as I managed to get the highscores for all them here you're also the former highscore owners and their scores. If you beat any of these the result will be the same: you'll get an additional IS-BW. So, what's the point on going after MY scores? Dunno, to try to piss me off by the book? xD No, really, if you manage to beat one of mine you'll also have my admiration not to mention the highscore itself for that mission:

TIE-FREE 27: LCM Mayk Drazzic - 106256
XvT-FREE 76: COL Dax Corrin - 47822
BoP-FREE 27: CM Duken - 35761
XWA-FREE 117: MAJ Frankie - 11111

I just won't show here the current scores from your entries. Why? Well, because I don't want you to go mad trying to beat your mates flying the same stuff again and again and again and wasting time on it when we have more important competitions to participate. Just fly the best you can and I'll release all results at the end of the month.

LAST MINUTE NOTE (Very Important!): It seems XvT-FREE 76 has a nasty bug if playing on Hard. And it's not necessary to mention that if you want to have a chance of getting a good score you'll WANT to play on Hard. There's an additional Primary Objective to be completed in order to finish the mission which doesn't appear when you use the "G" key. It DOES appear on Medium though and that's how I found it:

- At least one of TIE Advanced Flight Group Raptor must have completed mission (returning to ISD Subjugator)

  5. Participate in some competition if possible. Cyclone is here to obliterate any opposition hence our nickname!
  6. For Flight Leaders: I want your weekly reports on Fridays if possible. It's not mandatory but... it's better to not take risks...

Note on order 4: if you can't actually realize this IS NOT a RL way to go you should request transfer to the Sov or something... ¬_¬

V.) Someone flew over the Ewok's Nest (aka. Commander's Corner)

Wandering the corridors of the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Challenge we find Admiral Daniel Bonini, Flight Officer of The Emperor's Hammer and TIE Corps Commander. It was his own ship not so long ago, and even now it's under his command although not directly ( <RA Darklord> ... ~>:-| ... <CPT Zós> ... ^_^u ... ) as it's still the very TIE Corps Flagship. Above all, it has always been his home and now he manages all a whole table at the Wing X Cantina as the only Flight Office he has ever known. So we follow him without being noticed (because I say so and he's not here to say the opposite) until he reaches Cyclone Squadron quarters. There he sees almost all "The Demolition Crew" gathered at Colonel Maverick's Office doors. And although Captain Zósite is not there with them his voice can be clearly heard coming from his Flight Leader's Office.

<COL Maverick> The Admiral!! Attention, pilots! Salute, Sir.

<AD Dan> Yeah, yeah... go easy on me tonight, guys. I've been sorting out all remaining Fleet transmissions and pending Flight Office requests for hours... What's up here? What are you doing standing there as Rebel scum trying to unveil the obscure secrets behind the most basic maths?

<CPT Bodo> Captain Styles told us to wait here as he's about to speak on TIE Corps Squadron Championship subject. But that was an hour ago and he's still enclosed there with no apparent intention of going out.

<AD Dan> And what is he doing? Yet another assassination NUTS plot against me? Maybe some Ewoks alcoholic orgy?

<LT Vertigo> Actually, Sir, we think he's preparing his upcoming speech to motivate us in order to have us doing the best we can for the competition. Just hear him...

Then again, the Demolition worshipers pay attention to their CMDR's words, now with the FO at their side. Captain Zósite continues speaking out loud and it doesn't seem he's going to stop soon. Some people say that if he ever stops talking the peace between The New Republic and the Imperial Remnant would be possible, a huge statue of Palpatine would be built in the middle of Mon Calamari's ocean and Luke Skywalker would forget about his Jedi idiocy and go back home to manage his uncle's humidity farm.

<CPT Zós> So I expect from all of you the best in behalf of your comrades and your team as a whole!! Participation here is mandatory and we shall know how to reward your efforts with those merits you deserve! Remember that we have a name to be reckoned with! A banner to keep high above everybody else! Our pride!!

<COL Maverick> Impressive... it seems he knows no limit...

<AD Dan> Ohh... if I would tell you... -__-U

<CPT Zós> ... and in behalf of that name I hereby ask from you to put all you can on this! It's the very basis for us to shine as a true task force. In order to provide hell and spread terror among our opponents we must prove beyond all doubts that none challenges us and stands there being three-dimensional. Because if we...

<LCM Nurok> And he was going to spread all THIS upon us... :-|

<AD Dan> I'm right here in case any of you wants a ticket for any other ship far from his madness :-P

<CPT Zós> ... clearly obvious that when we are called to compite we DEMOLISH, and none dares to question our power in demolishing business. Come back! Come back ye all and start attacking their yards damnit!! ~>:-O

<The rest of Cyclone + FO> ... o__O?!! ...

Admiral Bonini finally enters Colonel Maverick's Office followed by Cyclone members. As soon as CPT Zósite notices the presence of the FO he stops watching the Holonet 3D transmission and stares at attention.

<CPT Zós> Salute, Sir! What an unexpected pleasure to see you here at our humble Cyclone quarters (what obviously means that my last ACME trap didn't work either damnit!! ):_|).

<AD Dan> Cut the ass-kissing, Zós. What the hell were you doing here? We thought you were preparing some motivating speech for your pilots given your out loud words.

<CPT Zós> Errr... yeah... I should come to that too soon... hehe... but actually I was watching the match between "The Moonlightshadow NUTSers" and "Old Alderaan's Farts". In the last hour my fellow subdits (because I'm their Lord, you know... curse my wife!) have changed their tactics from their classic aggressive game to some stupid and sissy defensive mode that has already taken its toll on 4 touchdowns and 3 additional extra points against us... >:_P

<The rest of Cyclone + FO> ... :______D ...
